Planned Companies –Site Supervisor – Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a staff of employees, while working with management to handle all concierge duties of a site.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, or clients, addressing questions, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on their feet, anticipate client needs, and quickly resolve issues or unexpected challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist during emergencies on site.
- Monitor common areas, amenities, and facilities to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate and manage concierge services such as dining reservations, event tickets, transportation arrangements, and other requests.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Conduct regular audits of concierge and site services to ensure consistency and quality.
- Set clear service goals, standards, and protocols for the team to follow.
- All other job duties as requested/required.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11:00AM-7:00PM
Payrate: $33 per hour
Requirements:
- Experience supervising a staff and day to day operations.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Three years of experience in concierge services.
- Multi tasks work and perform well under pressure.
- Eager to learn and take on additional responsibility.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional.
- May be required to lift to 50 lbs.
