Planned Companies – Pool Ambassador – Job Description
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Location: Alameda, CA
Payrate: $26/hr.
What you will be doing:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
Welcome guests to the pool facility and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool
Ensure all guests entering pools have an appropriate wristband
Check that guest do not have any outside food or beverage items
Assist in promoting the facility and organizing special events as required
Follow departmental policies and procedures
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Previous guest service experience and Security background preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.

- Monitoring pool.
- Checking pool passes.
- Removing unruly residents and guests from the site.
- Calling 911 and support services.
- Ability to walk the site and check areas as needed.
- Resident interfacing.
- Using a phone to notate property activities.
- Ability to enforce rules and guidelines.
